Red Ball

Start with Confidence

The Red Ball Program introduces young children to tennis in a fun and engaging way using smaller courts and softer balls. It focuses on basic motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and getting familiar with simple tennis terms. Lessons are designed through game-based activities to build confidence and enjoyment. Group classes are kept small (max 4 players) to give good attention to each child.

Orange Ball

Build Solid Fundamentals

At this stage, players move to a slightly larger court and begin developing solid technical skills. Coaches break down each shot and help players understand proper mechanics. The goal is to create a strong foundation for more advanced play. Like the Red Ball Program, group sizes remain small to maximize learning.

The Green Ball Program is played on a full-size court and introduces players to tactical and strategic elements of tennis. Sessions are 1.5 hours, also limited to small group sizes for focused coaching.

The Yellow Ball Program is an advanced stage where players train on full-size courts with a more complete focus on the sport. This stage is meant to prepare students for competition and match play.

Elite Development

This program is designed for players who choose tennis as their main sport and want to train seriously. It involves frequent, intense training 4–5 times per week combined with a structured fitness routine. The aim is to refine all aspects of the game and develop competitors at the collegiate or professional level. It’s suitable for committed athletes with performance goals.

The Adult Program caters to both recreational and competitive adult players.
