We engineer complete players with the mindset, skills, and resilience to succeed at every level. Our methodology is rooted in fact-based performance training, combining ITF, European, and high-performance development models.

At its core is “The Great Base,” a system created by Steve Smith and influenced by experts like Vic Braden, Denis Van Der Meer, Jim Loehr and many others. We’ve evolved this framework by prioritizing strong coach–player chemistry, because when training becomes personal and trust-driven, performance reaches its highest level.

Davide Spadoni began his coaching career at the age of 21, leaving competitive tennis to focus on player development. After moving to London in 2009, he worked with players of all levels and specialized in developing high-performance juniors for collegiate and professional pathways. During this time, he collaborated with Andy Dowsett, refining his expertise in progressive coaching for young players aged 4–10.

In 2017, Davide relocated to the United States to train under renowned coach Steve Smith, whose fact-based methodology, influenced by Vic Braden and Dennis Van der Meer, helped shape Davide’s coaching philosophy. During this period, he worked with elite junior talents including Victor Lilov and George Goldhoff.

Davide later joined Advantage Tennis Academy in Irvine before relocating to Cairo as Head Coach and Director of the academy’s international base. There, he coached top Egyptian professionals including Sandra Samir and Youssef Hossam, while mentoring many of the region’s leading juniors.

In 2020, Davide spent time at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca, working with elite junior players before moving to Dubai to launch and lead the Mouratoglou Tennis Centre Jumeirah youth and competitive programs. Drawing on extensive international experience, Davide later founded Spadoni Tennis Academy, where he continues to develop aspiring players through a holistic high-performance approach focused on both athletic and personal growth.
